7. I joined your site, but now I can't log in. What do I do?
Go to the Home Page and on the left panel near the top of the page in the LOG-IN area, click on "Forgot Password". The system is designed to send you a new password to the email address you cited, when you
initially registered for membership.
Go to the email in-box, retrieve the email with the new password, and attempt to sign in using it.
8. The Real Estate Section won't let me have access. What do I do?
The Real Estate Agent Support
section is off limits to non-members of the website.
The only exception to the rule is when we run an
introductory offer. It is then, we offer a FREE Home
Trial for approximately one week and during this period, all
areas of the website is accessible by anyone who visits the
website.
If you have registered and the system still denies you
access to the Real Estate area, kindly go to the log-in area
and click on "Forgotten Password".
The system will send you a new password to the email address
you originally registered with.

9. I don't remember my user name. What do I do?
Go to the log-in prompt on
the home page, click on the Forgot Password prompt, and the
program will send your log-in information to the email
address you registered with us.
Note: Once you log-in, you can

11. I never received my newsletter. What do I do?

name, your email address, and why you are writing.
Within 24 hours we will research the problem and will email

12. I dont want the product I ordered (or it is damaged), what do I do?
As noted in the terms of use, all purchases and subsequent billing for products and services are direct, between you and the vendors. You therefore have to make direct contact with the vendor where you purchased from.
