If your home is already listed for sale or you're looking to purchase a home and you are already working with another agent, by no means is this message meant to soliciate in any way.

If you already have an agent or intend to work with someone else as your listing or buyers agent, I totally respect your wishes, and unfortunately, I cannot work with you. Please allow me to explain.

My business ethics and integrity does not permit me to work with clients who already are or intend to be working with another agent.

My reputation is built on loyalty and integrity.  I adopt a strict code of ethics, which is consistent with the loyalty I have to each and every one of my clients.

With that in mind, I in turn, also extend that loyalty and integrity to my real estate friends and associates who I work and compete with day in and day out.  While we are independent business owners, and have no vested ties to one another, I still respect their livelihoods and their families enough to not solicite nor work with their own clients. I expect the same considerations from them in return.

I therefore ask, that if you wish to home search, or have questions about selling your home, wishing a home evaluation, etc.,  to make contact with the real estate professional you indicated you already had. 

That way, I don't violate my business traditions nor codes of ethics, I don't jeopardize my excellent working relationships with other agents in the industry, and YOU most importantly, will be able to entrust the services of the agent you intended to work with.
