Plans are underway to completely change the entire curb appeal of the home.
In its future, the home will sport awesome fluted columns with roman capitals supporting
a full width wrap around porch and turret. Wide corithian cove molding will trim the
underneath edge of the soffit area, with large dentil molding acscenting the lower trimwork.
The home will be given a touch of stone facial that will span from the porch deck down to
the ground level.
To add to the overall theme of the new look, the white picket fence you see,
will be replaced by a massive stone and esquisite black rod-iron fenceline. A double
entrance gate system will be installed to add to the elegance of the home and to give it
the look of sophistication it so richly deserves.
Guests will enter the premises through a electronic security gate, outfitted with video
and audio systems. A wall to wall court yard will be installed with an elevated 5-tier
waterfall greeting visitors as they enter the property.
The entire court yard will have several bistro settee with an abundance of floral
amenities of the season beautifying the grounds. This is work in progress. Stay tuned!
